AI Use Policy
Effective date: 11 March 2026
1. Why we publish this
Aivance advises organisations on responsible AI use. It would be inconsistent to do that without being transparent about how we use AI ourselves. This page explains what AI tools we use, what we use them for, and how we ensure the content on this site remains accurate and genuinely representative of our views.
Disclosure is also increasingly a legal and regulatory expectation. The EU AI Act, which becomes fully enforceable on 2 August 2026, includes requirements around AI-generated content labelling. While Aivance is incorporated in Singapore, the direction of travel globally is toward mandatory disclosure, and we think getting ahead of it is the right call.
2. Which tools we use
This website was designed and built using Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, accessed through Claude Cowork (a desktop tool for document and content workflows). We use Claude for drafting website copy, blog articles, and supporting documents such as templates and guides.
We do not currently use any other AI systems for content production on this site.
3. What AI is used for
AI assistance on this site covers the following:
- Website copy — page text including service descriptions, the about page, and supporting sections.
- Blog articles — drafting, structuring, and editing articles on AI governance topics.
- Resources and templates — downloadable guides and checklists available in the resources section.
AI is not used to generate client-facing advice, assessments, or recommendations. Those are produced directly by Arjen Hendrikse.
4. How we ensure accuracy
All AI-drafted content is reviewed and edited by Arjen Hendrikse before publication. This review covers factual accuracy, consistency with current regulation and best practice, and alignment with Aivance's positions. Content that contains specific claims about regulatory timelines, standards, or frameworks is verified against primary sources.
AI tools produce drafts. Arjen is responsible for what appears on this site.
5. In-content notices
Individual blog posts and articles carry a short disclosure notice at the bottom of the page. This is consistent with IAB transparency guidelines and recognised best practice for AI-assisted publishing.
