Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer in writing using the details in section 13. We will respond within the timeframe required by the PDPA. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing access requests.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as required under the PDPA Notification Obligation.
